Blake Rapida construction uses two rows of stitching: an internal Blake stitch joins the upper to the leather midsole, while a visible exterior stitch secures the midsole to the outsole for enhanced durability.

Without a traditional welt adding bulk, the leather follows the foot more closely, creating a steady feel underfoot with an elegant, streamlined profile.

The exterior stitching provides greater strength and allows a skilled cobbler to replace the outsole without disturbing the upper or the shoe's main structure.
