So, I just ordered the model #9147 Cesar Boot last weekend and later figured out the sizing issue (runs very full, so order a full size down, which I did not do), so I called the day before it was due for delivery. I will say this: if the boot is even half as good in quality as the company's customer service, it is worth every penny! Ms. Cindy, THANK YOU for the courtesy, professionalism, kind conversation, and the immediate assistance in changing the order on the spot and getting the correct boot delivered. I will follow-up when the boot shows up.

I finally found the courage to invest in boots I’d long admired, even though the expense was hard to reconcile. From the very first try, they were exactly as beautiful as I’d hoped: outstanding craftsmanship, rich color, and incredible leather. They needed no break‑in and fit like a glove—supple around the ankles with a solid, structured build. Sizing note: You’ll likely need to size down a full size. Toscana was wonderful to work with. Communication was easy with Cindy and, if memory serves, her father Francisco. They even sent a smaller size to try. That pair wasn’t available in the color I fell in love with, so I returned the first pair and we’re still finalizing the order. Since I got a great deal on my first pair, I’m hopeful—given the inconveniences—to secure the right color at the same price. I understand that might not be possible, but I remain hopeful. Overall, stunning boots and exceptional customer service.
