I dealt with Cindy whose father is the owner of this family business. She may also be a co-owner, not sure. I called to find out if they had my size; as it was listed as sold out on the website. I placed the order for the size listed as she said, if they don't fit right, they could be returned. Less than an hour after we talked, she sent me an email saying that her dad found a pair in my size and that they would ship both sizes and I could return the pair that I didn't want. She even provided a return shipping label. That is ABOVE and BEYOND excellent customer service. She was kind, helpful, and professional. She is very knowledegable about the product and everything she said about the shoes was 100% accurate, and then some. These particular shoes (ankle boots) run true to size and they are everything one would expect in fine Italian shoes. I can't say enough good things about this company and these shoes. - Melinda
