Where are your products made?
Our products are proudly handcrafted and hand stitched by artisans in Florence, Italy.
We have been certified by the Institute for the Protection of Manufacturers for full manufacturing within the Tuscan region and in compliance with the certification that our products are entirely 100% Made in Italy
Do your shoes fit true to size?
Our fit is consistent among our different styles and lasts. We have worked to handcraft our shoes to fit the American foot.
We recommend ordering your standard dress shoe size for our brand. For example, if you wear a 10.5 in dress shoes, we recommend that you select the same size.
We typically recommended downsizing your athletic shoe size by ½ a size. For example, if you are a size 11 in sneakers or in running shoes, we recommend that you select a size 10.5 in our brand.

Are all of the products handcrafted?
Our products are entirely handcrafted and hand stitched by experienced and skilled shoe artisans spanning over three generations of shoe crafting experience.
Are your belts adjustable?
Our belts are adjustable. We recommend that you take your belt to your nearest shoe cobbler or shoe repair for the adjustment.
What is your dip-dyed technique?
Our dip-dyed technique is a special and patented four day process that results in supple leather known for its supreme comfort, durability, flexibility and unique vintage look. Our shoes are dip-dyed with eco friendly, organic vegetable based dyes and there is no break in required for shoes that go through this process.
What is your hand-painted technique?
Our hand-painted is unique to the Toscana brand in that each pair of dress shoes is hand-painted by an experienced shoe artisan using eco friendly and vegetable based dyes. No two pairs look alike which makes it a truly special product. The hand-painted finish gives our shoes a unique look and a special patina. We also are proud to use only organic, vegetable dyes to hand-paint our footwear.
What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted 14 days from the purchase date.
For a full refund of your original payment, shoes and accessories must be
returned in their original condition. Shoes and accessories must be unworn,
undamaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to determine whether the products purchased are in
original condition when returned.
