Shipping Policy

Our packages are shipped via UPS or USPS from the New York Area. For our complimentary ground service, shipping takes between 2-7 business days, depending on your location. For expedited service, we offer overnight and 2-day services that are available at checkout.

Please note that our orders are shipped on business days only – Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on a weekday before 1:30pm (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:30pm (EST) will be processed the next business day.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.

Return Policy

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we would love to hear from you to try and understand the reason for your return. Your comments and feedback are important to us so please email us or call us. We would be happy to accommodate you at all times.

If you’d like to return or exchange your purchase, shoes and accessories must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We highly recommend trying on the shoes in a carpeted area to avoid marks and scratches on the sole. All worn items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to determine whether the products purchased are in original condition when returned.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days from the date purchased.

Please add a copy of the invoice of the original purchase inside the return package. To process a return or exchange, please contact us to further guide you in retrieving a label.

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow two weeks for a refund to be issued.

Your exchange order will be shipped once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

In the event that the package gets lost or mishandled, we advise that you keep all tracking details for your records.

International Shipping

Canada, Mexico & Singapore

International shipping costs to Canada, Mexico & Singapore are not covered by Toscana USA. Additional custom fees, taxes, duties, and brokerage fees in the country of delivery are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-refundable.

International Returns

We are currently only accepting international returns from Canada, Mexico & Singapore.

You may return items if they meet the outlined criteria below and falls within the 14 days of the delivery date.
