Shipping Policy

Our packages are shipped via UPS or USPS from the New York Area. For ourcomplimentary ground service, shipping takes between 2-7 business days,depending on your location. For expedited service, we offer overnight and 2-dayservices that are available at checkout.

Please note that our orders are shipped on business days only – Mondaythrough Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on a weekday before 1:30pm (EST) will be processed the sameday. Orders placed after 1:30pm (EST) will be processed the next business day.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.

Return Policy

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we would love tohear from you to try and understand the reason for your return. Your commentsand feedback are important to us so please email us or call us. We would behappy to accommodate you at all times.

If you’d like to return or exchange your purchase, shoes and accessoriesmust be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returned items mustbe in the exact same condition as they were received. We highly recommendtrying on the shoes in a carpeted area to avoid marks and scratches on thesole. All worn items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to determinewhether the products purchased are in original condition when returned.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days from the datepurchased.

Please add a copy of the invoice of the original purchase inside the returnpackage. To process a return or exchange, please contact us to further guideyou in retrieving a label.

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, pleaseallow two weeks for a refund to be issued.

Your exchange order will be shipped once your return has been received andinspected at our warehouse.

In the event that the package gets lost or mishandled, we advise that youkeep all tracking details for your records.

International Shipping

International shipping costs to Canada, Mexico & Singapore are notcovered by Toscana USA. Additional custom fees, taxes, duties, and brokeragefees in the country of delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Thesefees are non-refundable.

International Returns

We are currently onlyaccepting international returns from Canada, Mexico & Singapore.

You may return items if they meet the outlined criteria below and fallswithin the 14 days of the delivery date.

Shoes must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Returneditems must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We highlyrecommend trying the shoes on in a carpeted area to avoid marks and scratcheson the sole. All worn items are non-refundable.
